The TOC-750S sampling PID detector is an addressable aspirated gas detector. Designed for areas that are difficult to access or harsh for normal diffusion sensors. These environments could include semiconductor manufacturing or cleanrooms. Our PID detector contains a non-electrode UV lamp, boasting a world leading lamp life more than 15,000 hours runtime. The IGD PID detector also significantly reduces the effects of sputtering, one of the main drawbacks of current PIDs and also extends the sensor life drastically. The 750S features IGD’s unique piezo pump technology, with virtually no moving parts reducing the sound and size of the device, as well as the maintenance.

Piezo Pump Technology

The TOC-750s PID detector features our industry first auto zero; this samplers zero port is provided with active filtration and the system will automatically, periodically zero.
